Letetia Brooks-Smith is the CEO of Destiny’s Leaders and the founder and  Registered Nurse in Collin County. She is a passionate wife and mother, an author (Finding Identity: A Healing Journey), motivational speaker, spiritual adviser, SANE-RN and mentor to many! Born and raised in Lafayette, La., the 3rd of 4 children, Letetia grew up in impoverished conditions and was often the subject of rejection and ridicule by her peers. Desiring a better opportunity for herself, she made the decision to move to Dallas, TX at just 19 yrs. old, where she met several mentors who helped to guide her on her path to success. The death of her son in conjunction with her experience growing up in Lafayette and the difference her mentors made in her own life Letetia has accomplished the following:

The death of her son was a pivotal moment in her life! Since then Letetia has become very passionate about mentoring, teaching and inspiring others . She assist others in reaching their highest potential and teaching on the importance of leadership in every area through character building, education, spiritual enrichment, etc. Her favorite phrase is YOU WERE BORN TO LEAD!
